1. Transparency commitment

We publish every applicable charge upfront. No hidden fees, no surprise mark-ups. All amounts are inclusive / exclusive of GST as expressly mentioned in the table below.

3. Membership plans

Optional annual plans for retailers and distributors are listed on the Pricing section of the home page. Membership fees are non-refundable once activated, except as set out in the Refund Policy.

4. Goods & Services Tax (GST)

All commissions and platform charges attract GST at 18% in accordance with the CGST Act, 2017. Tax invoices are auto-generated and available for download from your dashboard.
